14-day window

Ask within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. Digital plugins cannot be returned, so we take you at your word — no interrogation.

How to ask

Email support@gridbit.com from the address you bought with, and tell us which plugin. Refunds land back on the original payment method, usually within five working days.

What happens to your license

Refunding a purchase ends the license for that plugin and removes its activations. Music you already made stays yours.

Before you ask

If something is broken or will not activate, try support first — most refund requests turn out to be a five-minute fix.
