What we store
Your email address, order history, which plugins you own, and a record of the machines you have activated. Newsletter signups store only an email address.
Machine identifiers
Activation never stores your raw hardware serial. The plugin sends a machine identifier which we one-way hash before saving, so we can count your machines without being able to reverse it.
Payments
Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider. We receive the order amount, currency and a reference — never your card number.
Referrals
If you arrive through a referral link we store the referral code in your browser for 60 days so the referrer can be credited.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the store: payments, email delivery and hosting.
Your choices
Write to privacy@gridbit.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. Deleting your account also removes your activations.
